Practical perspective

A 90-day plan with decision points

Use a three-stage planning example to organize work. Ninety days is a scheduling choice, not a promised result.

Days 1–30: establish facts

Inventory important pages, approved business details and existing contact handling. Identify the account owners and preserve the current state before proposing changes.

Days 31–60: complete a bounded scope

Choose the issues with clear customer impact. Assign a factual reviewer and implementation owner. Review affected routes and the actual inquiry journey before accepting each change.

Days 61–90: review and reprioritize

Compare the agreed measures under comparable conditions. Explain missing data and other influences. Carry unresolved dependencies into the next plan rather than filling a page quota.
