Practical perspective
Plan contractor content around real capacity
Seasonal planning starts with the jobs the business actually performs and can schedule.
Build a service calendar
Use the contractor’s own service history, scheduling constraints and approved offers. Do not turn a general expectation about Chicago weather into a forecast of demand.
Answer the scheduling question
Explain what a customer needs to know before requesting work: service scope, preparation and how availability will be confirmed. Do not imply emergency response without an operating commitment.
Review the whole season
Compare like periods and annotate changes in capacity, advertising and service mix. More requests are not automatically better if the business cannot accept the work.
