Practical perspective
Choose a provider by the work and the evidence
A useful provider comparison asks who will do the work, what they will deliver and how you can evaluate it.
Ask for a bounded example
Request an example with a stated problem, period, work performed and permission to share it. A chart without dates, sources or attribution limits is not enough to assess a claim.
Make ownership explicit
Clarify who owns accounts, content, source files and reporting data. Ask how access will be removed and materials handed back when the engagement ends.
Compare the same scope
Separate research, writing, implementation, review and ongoing maintenance. A lower fee for a different set of responsibilities is not a like-for-like comparison.
