Practical perspective

Use an audit to clarify the next decision

An audit should reduce uncertainty about the work, not merely produce a long list of tool warnings.

Ask for reproducible findings

Each material issue should name an affected URL, observed behavior and reason it matters. Separate confirmed defects from hypotheses that need account access or owner context.

Connect findings to responsibility

Identify which work belongs to content, development, hosting or an account owner. A recommendation with no implementation path is incomplete as a project scope.

Choose an acceptance check

State what evidence would show that the issue was resolved. A new score alone may not demonstrate that the customer journey works.
