Practical perspective
Write a brief for one useful service page
A good brief gives the writer enough evidence to explain the service without inventing the business.
Define the reader’s decision
State who the page is for and what they need to understand before choosing a next step. Avoid combining unrelated services simply to fit more keywords.
Attach the facts
Include the actual scope, exclusions, coverage, approved media and factual reviewer. Mark missing information explicitly so it is not filled with plausible-sounding claims.
Review the finished promise
Compare the title, introduction and call to action with what the business can deliver. Make sure the page does not promise a working intake path when none is accepted.
