Guide
Turn customer questions into a content plan
Start with the information a customer needs, then decide which pages can answer it.
Inventory before commissioning
List existing pages, their audience and their current job. Mark contradictions, missing source material and overlapping intent. A new article is not always the most useful next step.
Give each brief a decision
Write the question, the reader’s starting knowledge, the approved facts and the next useful action. Identify a factual reviewer when specialist claims are involved.
Plan maintenance with publication
Name the information that can become stale and who can verify it. Keep review dates tied to actual checks instead of automatically refreshing dates on unchanged text.
