Guide

Read and present feedback responsibly

A review is useful when its source, context and permission are clear.

Keep attribution

Retain the source URL, date and exact permission for a testimonial you intend to reuse. An anonymous quote written as filler is not customer evidence.

Protect the customer

A public reply should not reveal private order, health, financial or identity details. Decide who can respond and when a specialist should review the wording.

Separate observation from a promise

Feedback can help explain a customer experience, but it does not guarantee the same result for another customer. This site does not publish unverified ratings or testimonials.
