Planning help

Prepare a project without sharing credentials

A useful onboarding record establishes responsibilities before access is requested.

Start with the brief

Prepare the website, actual offer, audience, service coverage and the problem to investigate. Summaries are enough for an initial planning discussion.

Map account ownership

Identify who controls content, hosting, domains, profiles and accepted intake. Use an approved invitation or access process later; never place passwords in a project brief.

Preserve the starting point

Export the affected configuration and content through authorized access. Record drafts, unresolved operations and the last accepted working version before edits.
